Application Notes
-
Approved: ICC (5 μg/mL), IHC, IHC-Fr, IP, WB (0.5 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunocytochemistry. Previous lots were successfully used to immunoprecipitate the a-1 subunit from of rat brain microsomes. Immunocytochemistry: 5 μg/mL detects the Na+ /K+ ATPase a-1 subunit in frozen sections of rat kidney and brain, which were fixed in 4 % paraformaldehyde. -
