Product Details anti-VCAM1 Antibody

Specificity: Recognizes murine VCAM-1 single chain glycoprotein (Mr 100-kD) (under reducing conditions). VCAM- 1 is present on the +/+ 2.4 stromal cell clone, large cells in bone marrow and a subset of thymic macrophages. The stromal cell antigen is also detectable on the EOMA and BMS2 endothelial cell lines. Recognizes all known isoforms of mouse VCAM-1.
