Approved: ELISA, WB
Usage: ELISA Detection: Useful as a detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA for quantifying mouse IL-3 protein levels.2,3,5 Biotinylated antibody should be paired with purified antibody (Cat. Western Blot: The purified antibody is also useful for Western blot applications. For Western blotting, a concentration of 1-5 μg/mL (in conjunction with AP-labeled Goat Anti-Rat-Ig) has been found to enable detection of 100 ng/lane of recombinant mouse IL-3 under reducing conditions. -
