Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Immunofluorescence. Western Blot: 1:1000, incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5 % BSA, 1X TBS, 0.1 % Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Recognizes bands at 135kD (c-Abl) (210kD (Bcr-Abl)). Immunoprecipitation: 1:100. Immunofluorescence: 1:25. -
