- Recognizes human p300 and CBP. p300 and CBP differ by three noncontiguous residues within the 21aa epitope region. A difference that does not detectably affect the reactivity of LS-C12614. Species cross-reactivity: monkey, mink, mouse and rat.

Approved: IF, IHC, IHC-P, WB
Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for use in Western Blot. Immunohistochemistry (Formalin/paraffin): 1:50-1:100 for 30 min at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Positive control: Tonsil. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
