Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry with frozen tissues. Flow Cytometry: Use 21 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1 x106 in 100 μL. Membrane permeabilization may be applicable for studies with this antibody. We recommend the use of a suitable Fixation/Permeabilization medium for this purpose. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
