Specificity: Detects a 92kD protein corresponding to the molecular mass of beta-Catenin on SDS-PAGE immunoblots of Hct116 src transformed cells. Similar results were seen in human endothelial, A431, and HeLa cells.

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation or for antigen applications in immunological protocols. Western blotting 1:1000. Membrane was incubated with diluted antibody in 5 % non-fat milk, PBS, 0.04 % Tween 20 for 1hour at room temperature. Immunoprecipitation: 5-10 μL. ELISA: 1:2000.
