Specificity: CD 24. The molecular weight of the recognized antigen is 35-45 kDa. Recognizes B cells from pre-B to mature-B stage. The ALB9 monoclonal antibody has been assigned to the CD24 cluster of differentiation at the sixth International Workshop on Human Leucocyte Differentiation Antigens held in Kobe, Japan in 1996.

Application Notes: Flow cytometry Immunohistochemistry (frozen sections or cell smears) Studies of peripheral blood B cells. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Reconstitution: Reconstitute with 1 mL distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from PBS containing 1 mg/mL BSA.

Handling Advice: Avoid multiple freeze/thaw cycles. The addition of 0.1 % (w/v) sodium azide is recommended for storage of the Reconstituted form for up to one month at 2-8 °C.
Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature.
Prepare working dilution only prior to immediate use.

Storage: 4 °C/-20 °C

Storage Comment: Store lyophilized product at 2-8 °C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -28 °C.
