Specificity: Reacts with L. pneumophila serogroups 1-12 in IFA. Recognizes all antigens of intact microorganism. Antiserum is not absorbed and may cross-react with related microorganisms.

Application Notes: Suitable for use in immunocytochemistry (acetone-fixed organisms) and ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
