Application Notes: ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 45 kDa band in human cerebellum lysates after 0.3 μg/mL antibody staining.6 kDa according to NP_037481.1 The 45 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
