There are 2+ publications for this product available. The Rat Monoclonal anti-IL2 Receptor beta antibody is suitable to detect IL2 Receptor beta in samples from Mouse. It has been validated for FACS and IP.
The 5H4 antibody reacts with mouse CD122, the 75-85kD β chain of the mouse IL-2 receptor, but does not block IL-2 binding to the IL-2 receptor. The IL-2R β chain is constitutively expressed on a subset of CD8+ spleen T cells, on NK cells, and at lower levels on a small population of resting B cells. IL-2R β chain expression is up-regulated by IL-2. The immunogen used to generate this hybridoma was rat myeloma cells transfected with a truncated IL-2R β cDNA.
