Product Details anti-CCL5 Antibody

Characteristics: The 2D5 antibody reacts with human Regulated upon Activation, Normal T cells Expressed and Secreted (RANTES). The immunogen used to generated this hybridoma was recombinant human RANTES protein. Immunocytochemical staining for RANTES. PBMC were isolated from human peripheral blood by density gradient centrifugation and were cultured overnight at 37 °C with LPS (Sigma Cat. No. L-8274, 1 μg / ml) in the presence of BD GolgiStop™ (Cat. No. 554724). The activated cells were harvested and stained by immunocytochemistry using a three-step staining procedure employing a Biotin Goat Anti-Mouse Ig secondary antibody and a Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) based detection system (Nomarski optics, original magnification 400X).
