Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA, Flo
Usage: Cultured human SW480 cells were harvested by EDTA. 5 x 105 per tube were washed and pre incubated ~5 minutes with 20 μL human IgG at 250 μg/mL (to block non specific binding ) after which they were incubated 45 minutes on ice with 80 μL of anti-human CD326/Biotin at concentration of 5 μg/mL. They were then washed twice and incubated with 2o reagent Streptavidin/R-PE after which they were washed twice, fixed and analyzed by FACS. Cells stained positive with a mean shift of 1.93 log10 fluorescent units when compared to an Isotype control Mouse IgG1/Biotin. Binding was blocked when cells were pre incubated with unlabeled antihuman CD326 mAb (#126-020). The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
