Specificity
- This antibody is directed against the CD 25 antigen, Tac, IL-2 receptor, which is expressed on activated T and B cells and activated macrophages. Itreacts with hairy cell leukemia. It binds selectively to activated human lymphoblasts. Resting human blood cells were found to be negative. This antibody is able to inhibit IL-2 driven T cell proliferation.
