Application Notes: Suitable for use in ELISA, IFA and Western blot. Recommended Starting Dilutions: 1/20-1/200 for ELISA.1/10-1/50 for IFA and Western blot. Has been reported to work in immunohistochemistry on frozen sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Background: Hepatitis C Virus is a positive, single-stranded RNA virus in the Flaviviridae family.
