Application
-
-
Specificity
- Recognizes human thrombin. Also reacts with hirudin, a direct inhibitor of thrombin. Does not cross-react with pro-thrombin. A strong reaction is seen in ELISA with thrombin directly coated onto the microtiter plate. Biotinylation of thrombin blocks antibody binding.
-
Purification
- Protein A/G purified
-
Immunogen
-
Thrombin isolated from human serum.
Type of Immunogen: Purified protein -
