Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and formalin/paraffin sections), Immunoprecipitation, and Flow Cytometry. Western Blot: 0.5-1 μg/mL (for 2 hours at RT). Immunohistochemistry: 2-4 μg/mL for 30 minutes at RT. Staining of formalin fixed tissue sections requires boiling the tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes. Immunoprecipitation: 2 μg/mg protein lysate. Positive control: HeLa cells, BT474 cells or breast carcinoma. -
