Application Notes
-
Approved: WB
Usage: Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human N-Cadherin. The detection limit for rhN-Cadherin is approximately 1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. In this format, this antibody shows less than 1 % cross-reactivity with rhCadherin-8, rhCadherin-11, and rhR-Cadherin. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
