Usage: Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse BACE-2. The detection limit for BACE-2 is approximately 5 ng/lane and 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Immunoprecipitation: This antibody has been used to immunoprecipitate rhBACE-2 from conditioned media of transfected NS0 cells. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse BACE-2. The detection limit for BACE-2 is approximately 0.5 ng/well. -
