Approved: Flo (50 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 50 μg/mL, 10 μL labels 1-2.5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume 200 μL. Tested on bEnd.3 cells. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL, The detection limit is ~0.5 ng/lane and 25 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Shows less than 1 % cross-reactivity with recombinant human Thrombomodulin. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
