Western Blotting (WB), ELISA
  • Specificity

Selected for its ability to recognize human and mouse LMO4 in direct ELISAs and Western Blots.

    Purification

    Affinity purified

    Immunogen

    E. coli-derived recombinant human LMO4.

    Isotype

    IgG
  • Application Notes

    Approved: ELISA, WB

Usage: Western Blot: This antibody can be used at 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse LMO4. The detection limit for rhLMO4 and rmLMO4 is approximately 10 ng/lane and 2 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. Direct ELISA: This antibody can be used at 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human and mouse LMO4. The detection limit for rhLMO4 and rmLMO4 is approximately 1.5 ng/well.
