Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Western Blot: 1-:250-1:500 detects phospho-BMK1/Erk5 (Thr218, Tyr220) in RIPA lysates from HeLa cells treated with sorbitol. Lysates from untreated or sorbitol-treated HeLa cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with either anti-phospho-BMK1/Erk5 (Thr218, Tyr220) (1:500) or anti-BMK1/Erk5 (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system (BMK1/Erk5 or phospho- BMK1/Erk5 (110kD).
