Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Semaphorin 3E. The detection limit for rhSemaphorin 3E is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL to detect Semaphorin 3E on MDA-MB-453 human breast cancer cells. Immunohistochemistry: 10 μg/mL to detect Semaphorin 3E in cryosections of E13.5 mouse embryos. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human Semaphorin 3E. The detection limit for rhSemaphorin 3E is approximately 1.0 ng/well. In this format, this antibody shows approximately 70 % cross-reactivity with rmSemaphorin 3E and less than 5 % cross-reactivity with rmSemaphorin 3C and rmSemaphorin 3F.
