Western Blot: Preliminary testing showed a band at approx. 28-30 kDa in lysate of cell line MDA-MB-231, after 1 μg/mL antibody staining (calculated Mwt. Of 32.4 kDa according to NP_004840.1). Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000.
