Background
GAP-43 is expressed in neuronal growth cones during development and during axonal regeneration and is phosphorylated at Ser41 by protein kinase C.Synonyms: Axonal membrane protein GAP-43, Growth-associated protein 43, Neural phosphoprotein B-50, Neuromodulin, PP46
