Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1 μg/mL. The detection limit for is ~2 ng/well. -
