Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL, Use 10 μL to label 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume 200 μL. Tested on EL-4/IL-2 cells. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1.0 μg/mL, The detection limit is ~0.3 ng/well.
