Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL, The detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: 25 μg/mL, Use 10 μL to label 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume 200 μL. Tested on EL-4/IL-2 cells. ELISA (Direct): 0.5-1.0 μg/mL, The detection limit is ~0.3 ng/well. -
