Approved: Flo (25 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western blot and Flow cytometry. Western blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL The detection limit is ~5 ng/lane under non-reducing and 20 ng/lane under reducing conditions. In this format, this. antibody shows less than 1 % cross-reactivity with rhNKG-2D. Flow cytometry: 25 μg/mL and add 10il of the diluted solution to 1-2.5 x 10^5 cells. Total reaction volume should not exceed 200 μL. Use PMA plus Ca 2+ ionomycin-activated PBMC. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
