Usage: This antibody IgG yields titers of greater than 1:1000 with 100 ng of immobilized tat under standard ELISA conditions. Western ELISA may be performed at 1-2 μg/mL of antibody depending on the nature and the quantity of the immobilized antigen. Histocytochemistry studies require antibody in 1:200 dilution range. -
