Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Immunohistochemistry: 1-10 μg/mL. For Formalin fixed, paraffin embedded sections, Heat Induced Epitope Retrieval (HIER) step is required prior to staining. Western Blot: 1 μg/mL. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL.
