    Cross-Reactivity (Details)

    Other species not yet tested.

    Purification

    IgG

    Immunogen

A synthetic peptide from human SNIP conjugated to blue carrier protein was used as the antigen. The peptide is homologous in rat and mouse.

    Isotype

    IgG
  • Application Notes

IHC WB. A concentration of 10-50 μg,ml is recommended. The optimal concentration should be determined by the end user. Not yet tested in other applications.

    Lyophilized

    Reconstitution

Reconstitute in 500 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.

    Handling Advice

    Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.

    Storage

    4 °C,-20 °C

    Storage Comment

Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8C for a shorter term. When reconstituting glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.

    Expiry Date

  • Target

    SRCIN1 (SRC Kinase Signaling Inhibitor 1 (SRCIN1))

    Alternative Name

    SNIP

    Background

FUNCTION: Delays the onset of cell spreading in the early stages of cell adhesion to fibronectin. Also involved in calcium-dependent exocytosis from PC12 cells. SUBUNIT: Interacts with the N-terminal coiled-coil region of SNAP25. Interacts with BCAR1/p130Cas through its C-terminal domain. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Cytoplasm cytoskeleton. Note: Localized to the perinuclear region lamellopodia cortical actin and actin stress fibers but not to focal adhesions.
