Reconstitution: Reconstitute in 500 µL of sterile water. Centrifuge to remove any insoluble material.

Storage Comment: Maintain the lyophilised/reconstituted antibodies frozen at -20C for long term storage and refrigerated at 2-8C for a shorter term. When reconstituting glycerol (1:1) may be added for an additional stability. Avoid freeze and thaw cycles.

Background: FUNCTION: Delays the onset of cell spreading in the early stages of cell adhesion to fibronectin. Also involved in calcium-dependent exocytosis from PC12 cells. SUBUNIT: Interacts with the N-terminal coiled-coil region of SNAP25. Interacts with BCAR1/p130Cas through its C-terminal domain. SUBCELLULAR LOCATION: Cytoplasm. Cytoplasm cytoskeleton. Note: Localized to the perinuclear region lamellopodia cortical actin and actin stress fibers but not to focal adhesions.
