Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), IHC (15 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Western blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human IGFBP-5. The detection limit for rhIGFBP-5 is approximately 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Immunohistochemistry: 15 μg/mL. Detects IGFBP-5 in cells and tissues. Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human IGFBP-5. The detection limit for rhIGFBP-5 is approximately 0.2 ng/well. -
