Application
-
-
Binding Specificity
- pSer33
-
Specificity
- The antibody detects endogenous level of b-Catenin only when phosphorylated at serine 33.
-
Purification
- The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
-
Immunogen
- Peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of pSer33 (L-D-S (p) -G-I) derived from Human b-Catenin. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic phosphopeptide and KLH conjugates.
-
Isotype
- IgG
