AA 1287-1291
Specificity
The antibody detects endogenous level of total Her3/ErbB3 protein.
Purification
The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography usingepitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removedby chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Immunogen
Peptide sequence around AA 1287-1291 (Q-G-Y-E-E) derived from Human Her3, ErbB3. Antibodies were produced by immunizing rabbits with synthetic peptide and KLH conjugates.
