Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Background: ERp57, also known as GRP58, PDIA3, was cloned by three independent labs, all of which reported that the gene encodes a 505-amino acid protein that shares significant homology with the molecular chaperone protein disulfide isomerase (PDI). The ERp57 sequence was also shown to include a putative nuclear localization motif and an endoplasmic reticulum (ER) retention motif.
