Application Notes

Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 8000. Western blot: 1 μg/mL. Approx 120-130 kDa band observed in Jurkat and Human Testislysates (despite a predicted MW of 110 according to NP_004642 this protein has previouslybeen reported to run significantly higher (Ideguchi et al, see ref below)).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
