Application Notes

Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Immunohistochemistry: 3 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded human tonsil, stains nuclei inepithelial cells of tonsillar criptae. Western blot: Preliminary experiments gave no signal but low background in whole cellHela lysates at up to 1 μg/mL.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
