Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 64000. Western blot: 0.3 - 1.5 μg/mL. Approx 110 kDa band observed in A431, Fibroblast(epidermoid carcinoma) lysates (calculated MW of 88.8 kDa according to NP_071735). Band migration is consistent with literature (PMID 11062261, 15020713).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
