Application Notes

Peptide ELISA: 1/16000. Western blot: Approx 90 kDa band observed in Human Brain and Testis lysates (predictedMW of 90 kDa according to NP_060676.2). Recommended concentration: 1 - 3 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: Human Testis, shows positive staining inLeydig cells, and cytoplasmic staining (dot-like) of some epithelial cells of the epididymisand of the rete testis. Immunoflurescence: Staining of VPS35 (red) in human melanoma cells 1205LU: Please seeScott KL et al. , Nature.2009 Jun 25,459(7250): 1085-90. , PMID: 19553991.
