Application Notes: Peptide ELISA: limit dilution 1: 4000. Western blot: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Approx.80 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Cortex andCerebellum) lysates (calculated MW of 54.0 kDa according to NP_005497.1). The observedmolecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies(Fujita et al, Biochem Biophys Res Commun.1992 Apr 30,184(2): 604-11. , PMID: 1374238).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
