Specificity
- Recognizes the rat CD200 (OX2) ligand. This antigen is a heavily glycosylated 60-100kD cell surface molecule expressed by cells of the myeloid lineage but not by T or B lymphocytes. Has been shown to block the interaction of CD200 ligand with CD200. Has been reported to work in western blotting applications.
