Peptide ELISA: Antibody Detection Limit Dilution: 1/16000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments in Human Brain lysates and in lysates of cell lineNIH 3T3 gave no specific signal but low background (at antibody concentration up to1 μg/mL). Immunofluorescence: lear staining (green) in HeLa cells. Immunohistochemistry: 1.5-3 μg/mL. In paraffin embedded Human Brain (Cerebellum)shows nuclear staining of the granular cell layer.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -
