Specificity: Detects endogenous levels of total p42 MAP kinase (Erk2) protein. Recognizes p44 MAP kinase (Erk1) in some cell types, although with lower affinity. It does not cross-react with either JNK/ SAPK or p38 MAP kinase. Species cross-reactivity: Human and mouse.

Application Notes: Approved: ELISA, IHC, IHC-P, WB (1:2000)

Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:2000. Incubate membrane with diluted antibody in 5 % nonfat dry milk, 1X TBS, 0.1 % Tween-20 at 4?C with gentle shaking, overnight. Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin): 1:50.
