NOX2/gp91phox is a component of the membrane-bound oxidase of phagocytes that generates superoxide. Defects in the CYBB gene are a cause of Chronic X-linked granulomatous disease (CGD). This antibody is specific for NOX2/gp91phox 382-PKIAVDGP-389
