Usage: Flow Cytometry: Recommended dilution - 4 μg/mL. Positive control - 6-8 hour activated mouse splenocytes. Functional Application: Blocking T cell costimulation in vivo. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
