Application Notes: ELISA: Use at 0.05 μg/mL. Immunoblotting: 0.5 μg/mL for HRPO/ECL detection. Recommended blocking buffer: Casein/Tween 20 based blocking and blot incubationbuffer AS00002BU-N or AS00002BU-L. Included Positive Control: Cell lysate from untreated HepG2 cells (See Protocols for moredetails).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
