    Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Liver and Small Intestine. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.

    Western Blot: Approx 45 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line HEK293 (calculated MW of 45.5 kDa according to NP_001020537.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on Mouse and Rat

    Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.

    Immunofluorescence: Testing has shown that this antibody stains mitochondria in Mouse NIH3T3 cells at 10μg/ml.
