Application Notes
 -
                        ELISA:
Sandwich:
In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100μ,L/well), a concentration of 8.0-16.0 μ,g/mL of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/mL of recombinant Rat IL-10 when used with ProSci's Polyclonal Biotinylated Antigen Affinity Purified Anti-Rat IL-10 (XP-5163Bt) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 μ,g/mL.
Western Blot:
To detect Rat IL-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.5-1.0 μ,g/mL. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant Rat IL-10 is 0.5-1.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions. -
