Background
- The Metabotropic Glutamate Receptor GRM2 binds L-glutamate and has been linked to the inhibition of the cyclic AMP signaling cascade. GRM2 is involved in mediating the suppression of neurotransmission and in synaptogenesis and synaptic stabilization.
