Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Cerebral Cortex shows membranous/axonal staining. Recommended concentration, 3-5 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 30 kDa band observed in Human Brain (Hippocampus) lysates (calculated MW of 27.5 kDa according to NP_001123535.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
